Freshly cracked peppercorn and ginger nip on the sides of the tongue before warming leather and long lasting charred oak. This batch pivots from the few before it, being less focused on the big spices and more focused on a cohesive, warming toasted experience with accented spice.

The finish blankets the tongue, first with spices then with dry but long saturating red fruits, citrus oils and warming toasted oak.

About the product: The core of this small batch Rye blend is created by sourcing from distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana with a variety of ages, this blend is then secondary aged in toasted barrels. The secondary barrels are blended then bottled once Jonathan and Jennifer find the perfect balance between traditional Rye notes and added complexity richness from the toasted barrels.
